This hotel is a great choice for those who want to stay somewhere clean, safe, friendly and with reasonable prices. Its location is convenient for exploring the city as it is close to the city centre and the largest shopping mall. the hotel provides room service with good food. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. the facilities include a fitness room with showers and sauna, and surprisingly good and large conference facilities.
Some details could be improved, like the hot water taking a long time to get hot in the bathroom, water pressure in shower is not great, and if lots of people are using it, the shower may not get as hot as you'd like.

We had a great stay at this place. The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and the largest shopping mall. The service was excellent, with room service and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. We were impressed with the amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, a dining table, and a patio. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking offered by this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Staff were friendly and offered complimentary water and snacks in the room.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel provided a great stay in this city.

The rooms were large and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for us to relax. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. One particular highlight was the fast and reliable wifi, great to easily stay connected with our loved ones back home. The restaurant, although slightly on the expensive side, offered delicious and fresh meals. We were also really surprised to find complimentary water and snacks in our room. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the language barrier with the staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Cuellars. we would highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel in Pasto.

This hotel was a great choice for my Easter weekend getaway! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions and restaurants in the downtown area. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained and clean, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile.
The restaurant served overpriced and mediocre food, so I chose to eat my meals elsewhere. , the water pressure in the shower was not very strong, which made it difficult to take a comfortable shower.
